India's KPI Green Energy rises on securing bid for solar project

** Shares of KPI Green Energy  KPIG.BO  up 5% to 1,526 rupees
    ** Co said on Saturday it has secured a bid to develop a
100MWAC solar power project with Maharashtra State Power
Generation Co. 
    **  This is part of a larger tender for the development of
600 MWAC solar-PV power projects across Maharashtra state
    ** Stock on track to snap five consecutive sessions of
losses, if trend holds
    ** Including sessions gains, stock up 55.9% so far this
year, compared with a 235.7% surge in 2023
