India's KPIT Tech rises after Q3 profit climb

** Shares of KPIT Technologies  KPIE.NS  rise as much as
5.6% to 1,486 rupees; last up 4.1%
    ** Tech firm posts a 55% jump in its Dec-qtr consol net
profit
    ** KPIE stock gained for sixth straight qtr in Dec qtr, up
~24% since reporting upbeat Q2 results in late Oct 2023
    ** Stock, however, on track to snap a three-month winning
streak 
    ** Trading volume nearly thrice the 30-day moving avg on
Tuesday 
    ** KPIE stock more than doubled in value in 2023, marking
its fourth straight yearly gain
