K.P.R. Mill Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1/- per share (10%) on the face value of Rs. 10/- each, thus aggregating the Dividend for the Financial year 2015-16 to Rs. 10/- (100%) taking into account the Interim Dividend of Rs. 9/- (90%) paid during February & March 2016.
