** Co sees Q1 revenue of $335 mln to $345 mln, midpoint of which is below analyst est. of $343.4 mln - LSEG data

** Jefferies says Q1 revenue forecast reflects lag in timing of awards shifted to Q2 related to government shutdown, with acceleration expected in second half

** However, co posts Q4 revenue of $345.1 mln, above est. of $327.7 mln; Q4 adj. EPS of 18 cents, beating est. of 16 cents

** As of last close, KTOS stock up 24.2%, following 187.7% rise in 2025
