** Shares of Krishna Defence and Allied Industries  KISH.NS 
rise as much as 7.2% to a record high of 375 rupees
    ** The industrial machinery and equipment maker said on
Wednesday it will issue equity shares worth up to 429.6 mln
rupees ($5.15 million) to select investors
    ** Co also approved issue of convertible warrants worth up
to 261.4 mln rupees
    ** Stock on track for third straight session of gains, if
trend holds
    ** More than 51,000 shares change hands by, 1.6x its 30-day
avg
    ** Including sessions gains, stock up over 130% YTD
