** Company forecasts annual profit, revenue below analysts' estimates on weak demand for its donuts

** Also says it has begun to evaluate refranchising certain international markets and restructured management teams to improve profitability

** Q4 net revenue of $404 mln misses estimate of $415.5 mln - data compiled by LSEG

** Company expects 2025 net revenue of $1.55 bln to $1.65 bln vs estimate of $1.76 bln

** Expects adjusted EPS of 4 cents to 8 cents, vs estimate of 30 cents

** Stock fell 34% in 2024
