** Donut company Krispy Kreme's  DNUT.O  shares down ~2% at
$9.93 premarket after company reports cyber security incident 
    ** Co says it was notified in November regarding
unauthorized activity on a portion of its IT systems
    ** Adds operational disruptions are ongoing, including
online ordering in parts of U.S.
    ** Also says cyber incident is likely to have material
impact on co's operations
    ** DNUT does not expect long-term material impact from
incident
    ** DNUT stock has fallen 33% YTD
