Kromek (AIM: KMK), a worldwide supplier of detection technology focusing on the medical, security screening and nuclear markets, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am on 26 September 2019 at the NETPark Incubator Building, North East Technology Park (NETPark), Thomas Wright Way, Sedgefield, County Durham TS21 3FD.
 
The notice of AGM and form of proxy, along with the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2019, have been posted to shareholders and will be made available from the Group's website: www.kromek.com.
