Directorate Change

 

Kromek Group plc (AIM: KMK), a leading developer of radiation and
bio-detection technology solutions for the advanced imaging and CBRN detection
segments, announces that Claire Burgess will be appointed as a Director, Chief
Financial Officer ("CFO") and Company Secretary of the Group and that Paul
Farquhar is retiring and will therefore resign as a Director, CFO and Company
Secretary of the Group, both with effect from 1 June 2025. Ms. Burgess will
join Kromek on 12 May 2025 to allow for a period of handover ahead of her
assuming her new role.

 

Claire Burgess has spent over 12 years in senior financial positions in
businesses in the UK and US, primarily in the engineering and technology
sectors. Most recently, Ms. Burgess was Financial Director of Advanced
Electric Machines Group Ltd ("AEM"), a designer and manufacturer of
magnet-free electric powertrain technologies. Other experience includes being
CFO of group companies JB Processing and TBGS Holdings and being responsible
for establishing and building the US subsidiaries, including the acquisition
of the Alabama White Marble Quarry. She is a qualified Fellow Chartered
Accountant, having begun her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young before
joining KPMG as a Corporate Finance Executive.

companies with international operations is well-suited to the Kromek of today.

our strategy."

 

Other than as set out below, there are no other matters required to be
disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for
Companies as regards Ms. Burgess' appointment. Ms. Burgess does not have an
interest in the ordinary shares of the Group.

solid-state readout technology, are primarily used to protect critical
infrastructure, events, personnel and urban environments from the threat of
'dirty bombs'.

 

The Group is also developing bio-security solutions in the CBRN detection
segment. These consist of fully automated and autonomous systems to detect a
wide range of airborne pathogens.

 

Kromek is listed on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange, under the
