Nasdaq debut
    ** Stock opens at $28.50, giving the company a market
valuation of over $1.46 bln
    ** Co sold 13.2 mln shares at $19 apiece on Thursday,

    ** Co had previously expected an IPO of 10.3 mln shares at a
price range of $16-$18
    ** Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies, Cowen and Piper
Sandler were joint book-running managers for the offering
