Notice of General Meeting

 

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announces that it will hold a General Meeting ("GM") at the offices of Grant Thornton, 8 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EA on 6 November 2025 at 12:30 p.m.

 

As announced on 29 September 2025, the GM will be held to propose a resolution to receive and adopt the Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025, which were published on 26 September 2025.
