Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African producer and developer of plant
nutrient feed minerals, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting
at the offices of Memery Crystal at 165 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2DY on 30
June 2022 at 1:00pm. The full Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted
to shareholders today.

 

It should, however, be noted that completion of the audit of the 31 December
2021 Financial Statements and Annual Report (the "2021 Accounts") is currently
in progress and it has not been possible to publish these prior to issuing
this Notice. Therefore, no resolution to receive and adopt the 2021 Accounts
is being proposed. The Company expects to publish its 2021 Accounts by 30 June
2022.

Following the publication of the 2021 Accounts, a separate meeting will be
held later in the year, at which a resolution to receive and adopt the 2021
Accounts will be proposed.
