Notice of General Meeting

 

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer,
announces that it will hold a General Meeting ("GM") at the offices of Grant
Thornton, 8 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EA on 6 November 2025 at 12:30 p.m.

 

As announced on 29 September 2025, the GM will be held to propose a resolution
to receive and adopt the Financial Statements and Annual Report for the year
ended 31 March 2025, which were published on 26 September 2025.

 

The full Notice of the General Meeting (the "Notice") will be available on the
