Operational Activities

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer,
reports that further to the announcement made on 18 March 2022, site visits
with potential small local buyers of phosphate rock concentrate
("Concentrate") from its Elandsfontein operation in South Africa are underway.

Concentrate samples are being shipped to potential export buyers for review
and analysis.

The Company intends to provide quarterly updates covering operating activities
at Elandsfontein going forward.
