Kropz plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer, is pleased to
announce that the resolution to approve the Company's Annual Report put to its
General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today, Monday 25 July 2022, was duly
passed on a show of hands. A breakdown of proxy votes lodged prior to the GM
