Kropz plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer, is pleased to
announce that the resolution to approve the Company's Annual Report put to its
General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today, Friday 1 September 2023, was duly
passed on a show of hands. A breakdown of proxy votes lodged prior to the GM
