** Shares of Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd  KRSN.NS  rise as much
as 7.8% to 845 rupees
    ** Diagnostic services co reports Q2 consol net profit rise
of 87% y/y at ~196 mln rupees; rev ~20% higher
    ** Says, rev growth in the first half of FY2025 was driven
by higher patient volume and tests counts amid competitive
pricing 
    ** More than 142,000 shares traded as of 10:42 a.m. IST, vs
their 30-day moving avg of 128,154 shares
    ** KRSN last up 4.1%, adding to YTD gains of 15.6%
