9.75% to $171.96
    ** Co posts Q4 rev of $91.1 mln, beating analyst est of
$90.5 mln, as per data compiled by LSEG 
    ** Co's net income for the quarter was $45.5 million or
$1.58 per share, compared with net income of $8.7 million or 31
cents per share a year ago
    ** Stock has risen 40.3% in the past 12 months
