William Blair sees likely FDA approval for 12 gene therapies by year end

** William Blair expects gene therapies by Sarepta Therapeutics  SRPT.O , Krystal Biotech
 KRYS.O  and BioMarin Pharmaceutical  BMRN.O  to be approved by the US FDA   
    ** The brokerage estimates that a total of 12 gene therapies could be approved by the end of
the year, and look to notch the first three over the coming months with KRYS, SRPT and BMRN
    ** FDA's decisions on KRYS' skin disease therapy is due by May 19, SRPT's muscle disorder
drug is due by May 29 and BMRN's bleeding disorder drug is due by June 30,
    ** SRPT down 2.7% YTD, BMRN down 6.4% YTD, KRYS up 9.7% YTD
