Brief: Dongnam Marine Crane to issue third convertible bonds worth 7.5 bln won

Dec 7 (Reuters) - Dongnam Marine Crane Co Ltd  101000.KQ  : 
      
    * Says it will issue third unregistered and unsecured 
private convertible bonds, to raise 7.5 billion won in proceeds 
for facilities funds 
    * Says maturity date is Dec. 8, 2019, coupon rate is 0 
percent and yield to maturity is 4 percent for the bonds 
    * Says a 100 percent conversion rate of bonds to common 
shares at 2,580 won per share
