 * Terminate letter of intent (majubina projects) and acquisition of kenyalang 
property (s) pte. ltd. 
 * Says aggregate consideration for the proposed acquisition is 70 million RGT 
 * On 23 June, entered into conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire 
100% of issued and paid up share capital of Kenyalang Property 
 * Refers to the announcement dated 27 may 2016 in relation to the non-binding 
letter of intent 
 * Company has terminated the LOI as of 23 June 2016
