** Kuantum Papers KAUN.NS falls as much as 6.3% to 117.1 rupees

** Paper maker's Q1 net profit plunges 68.4% y/y; income from ops down 20.4%

** Stock down 2.2% so far this week, set to lose for 2nd straight week

** More than 78,000 shares traded, almost in line with 30-day moving avg of 80,767

** KAUN last down 5.6%, trims YTD gains to ~1%
