Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on November 29

ZURICH/BERLIN, Nov 29 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:
    
    UBS  UBSG.S  
    Billionaire Ambitions Report 2023 due
    
    JULIUS BAER  BAER.S  
    CEO Philipp Rickenbacher will speak on the AGM board agenda
for January 2024, challenges, opportunities and risks for the
next 12 months at the FT conference.
    
    TOKENISATION
    The IMF, the World Bank and the BIS are to work together for
the first time to "tokenise" some of the financial instruments
that underpin their global work, a BIS official said on Tuesday.
    The trio will also work with Switzerland's central bank
which has been pioneering tokenisation, the process of turning
conventional assets into uniquely coded "tokens" that can be
used in faster new systems.
    
    RICHEMONT  CFR.S 
    Online luxury retailer Farfetch's  FTCH.N  founder José
Neves is looking to take the company private after a troubled
New York Stock Exchange listing, the Telegraph reported on
Tuesday.
    The move is believed to have the tentative backing of major
backers including Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba  9988.HK  and
Swiss luxury conglomerate Richemont, the report added.
    
    NOVARTIS  NOVN.S 
    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said on Tuesday
it was investigating cancer therapies made by companies such as
Gilead Sciences  GILD.O , Johnson & Johnson  JNJ.N  and Novartis
over the risk of hospitalizations and death due to a serious
safety issue.
