Kyndryl files regulatory report after accounting review, shares jump

** Shares of software provider Kyndryl KD.N jump 11.7% to $13.68 premarket

** Co files its October-December report with the SEC

** Last week, KD delayed filing the report and launched an accounting review over potential weaknesses found in its internal controls

     ** Co also files amendments to annual report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025 and to its filings for quarters ended June 30 and September 30, 2025

** Discloses a remediation plan to enhance and update related internal controls

** As of last close, stock was down ~54% YTD; it fell 23% in 2025
