** Brokerage Leerink initiates Kyverna Therapeutics  KYTX.O 
with an "outperform" rating, price target at $48
    ** The PT represents a near 73% upside to the stock's last
close 
    ** Leerink believes that early results from Kyverna's CAR-T
cell therapies have shown an ability to trigger "immune reset",
positioning the CAR-T approach at the clinical forefront of
treating autoimmune diseases
    ** CAR-T therapies involve extraction of a type of white
blood cells or T-cells, re-engineering them to attack cancer and
infusing them back in the body
    ** Up to last close, stock down about 9% since its IPO last
month
