Air Liquide to acquire South Korea’s DIG Airgas in $3.3 billion deal
Aug 22 (Reuters) - French industrial gases group Air Liquide AIRP.PA said on Friday it had signed a binding deal to buy South Korea’s DIG Airgas from Macquarie Asia-Pacific Infrastructure Fund 2, valuing it at 2.85 billion euros ($3.30 billion). The closing of the transaction is expected in the first half of 2026, pending Korean approvals.
