** Shares of L&T Finance  LTFL.NS  rise as much as 4.8% to
179.15 rupees
    ** About 5.8 mln shares of non-banking finance company 
traded at a price range of 175.10 rupees and 178.64 rupees,
higher than Wednesday's close of 170.62 rupees, as per LSEG data
    ** According to media reports, Bain Capital is planning to
exit co and sell balance stake via block deal
    ** Stock set to rise for second straight session, if gains
hold
    ** Mean rating of all analysts covering stock is "Strong
Buy"- LSEG data
    ** Stock last up ~4%, taking YTD gain to ~7.5%, after rising
89.2% in 2023, its biggest yearly gain
