India New Issue-L&T Finance to issue multiple tenor bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, June 10 (Reuters) - India's L&T Finance LTFL.NS plans to raise 18 billion rupees ($210.43 million), which includes 15 billion rupees of a greenshoe option, through sale three-year bonds and reissue of 7.2092% June 2027 bonds, two merchant bankers said on Tuesday. The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Wednesday, they said. L&T Finance did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment. Here is the list of deals reported so far on June 10:
