two-month high of $234.94     
    ** Stock set for its best day since Aug. 1 if gains hold
    ** Lab operator's Q3 adj EPS of $3.50 beats Wall Street
estimates of $3.48 - LSEG 
    ** Co's Q3 rev of $3.28 bln beats estimates of $3.26 bln
    ** YTD, LH stock up 3%
