** Shares of Labcorp LH.N rise 1.1% to $259.99 premarket

** The laboratory operator raises annual adjusted EPS forecast to $17.70-$18.35 from $17.55-$18.25; analysts on an average expected $17.87, according to data compiled by LSEG

** LH raises full-year revenue forecast to $14.65 billion-$14.80 billion from $14.61 billion-$14.79 billion, above analysts’ estimate of about $14.66 billion

** Reports Q1 adjusted EPS of $4.25 vs expected 4.09

** Co's quarterly revenue of $3.54 billion compares with expectations of $3.51 billion

** As of last close, stock up 2.5% YTD
