Feb 27 (Reuters) - Labo Print SA  LAB.WA : 
    * Starts negotiations with Purple Investments sp. z o.o. 
(Purple Investments) 
    * The negotiations with Purple Investments concern renting 
some machines and space of Labo Print in Poznan 
    * The negotiations aim to determine the terms of leasing the 
part of Labo Print used for post-production processing of large 
format PVC and textile printing 
    * A part of Labo Print plant, including about 60 people, 
would be transferred 
    * Purple Investments would pay monthly rent for the leased 
services 
    * Labo Print would use the post production processing 
services provided by Purple Investments  
    * If the transaction goes through, it will change the 
company's production process in the area of large-format 
printing, reducing headcount and its costs and increasing 
external costs
