Spain's telecommunications giant's unit, Telefonica Infra,
expects to receive binding offers for 49% of the capital of its
future Spanish rural fiber optic company at the beginning of

Wednesday.

Goldman Sachs bought 5.66% of Spain's oil group Repsol
through derivative transactions, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias
said on Tuesday.
