note holders and approved the waivers and amendments related to

Kerry Iberia said on Tuesday it will exercise squeeze out
right over the remaining shares of Biosearch and announced that
it has also requested market supervisor CNMV to suspend the

TELEFONICA TEF.MC
Spain's Telefonica has hired KPMG and Morgan Stanley to lead
the sale of up to 49% of its technological subsidiary for up to
500 million euros, economic newspaper Cinco Dias reported on
Wednesday citing financial sources.
Telefonica has launched an offer to Vodafone for its cable
network in Spain, el Confidencial said.

Spain's OHLA, the renamed OHL, will refinance its bonds in
two to three years to restore dividends, Spanish newspapers
Cinco Dias and El Economista reported on Wednesday.
Moody's upgraded company's CFR to Caa1, changed its outlook
