The company said on Monday it has registered a commercial
paper notes programme for up to 100 million euros ($110.35

Buyout fund CVC CVC.AS is negotiating the acquisition of a
majority stake in some of Rovi's assets valued at more than 3
billion euros, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Monday.
TELEFONICA TEF.MC
Goldman Sachs sold its 5% stake in Telefonica and reduced
its position to a record low of 0.236%, according to filings to
the Spanish stock market regulator (CNMV) quoted by El
Economista newspaper.
