    * FY net income group share 1.0 million euros versus 8.9 million euros ($9.7 million) year 
ago 
    * FY operating profit 4.5 million euros versus 12.6 million euros year ago 
    * A 0.40 euro dividend per share will be proposed at the next general meeting, 43 pct 
decrease against the previous year
