Dec 19 (Reuters) - Lacroix SA  LACP.PA : 
    * FY operating loss of 6.5 million euros ($6.8 million) versus profit of 4.5 million euros 
year ago 
    * FY net loss group share 8.8 million euros versus profit of 1.0 million euros year ago 
    * Year 2017 should therefore be start of a recovery in profitability level, in line with our 
ambition 2020 
    * Will propose dividend of eur 0.40 per share
