March 2 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    LACROIX  LACR.PA /ENGIE  ENGIE.PA :
    Lacroix and Engie Solutions said on Wednesday they have
extended their collaboration on the heating network of
Chalon-Sur-Saône city, in France.
    
    PROXIMUS  PROX.BR :
    Group Proximus announced Wednesday it has successfully
issued a 500 million euros bond, carrying a coupon of 4.00% and
with a 7-year maturity due 8 march 2030.
    
    RENAULT  RENA.PA :
    Oil giant Saudi Aramco  2222.SE  has agreed to take a
minority stake in a new powertrain engine company that French
car maker Renault SA  RENA.PA  and China's Geely Automobile
Holdings Ltd  0175.HK  plan to set up jointly, they said on
Thursday.
    
    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI :
    Stellantis announced on Wednesday it had reached an
agreement with Turkey's Koc Holding  KCHOL.IS  aimed at further
expanding their joint venture Tofas which includes a change of
the ownership structure of a local distribution unit.
