French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Feb 20 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

COFACE COFA.PA:

Credit insurer Coface reported full-year net income of 222 million euros ($261.16 million), proposing a dividend of 1.25 euros per share for 2025.

GTT GTT.PA:

LNG containment systems specialist GTT reported full-year EBITDA of 542 million euros, proposing a record dividend of 8.94 euros per share. It forecasts its 2026 EBITDA to between 490 million and 530 million euros.

IMERYS IMTP.PA:

Minerals specialist Imerys reported an adjusted EBITDA of 546 million euros but posted a net loss of 409 million euros in 2025. It also announced that Pierre Lebreuil has been promoted as chief financial officer.

KLEPIERRE LOIM.PA:

Shopping center operator Klepierre reported full-year EBITDA of 1.12 billion euros and net current cash flow of 2.72 euros per share. It expects its 2026 EBITDA to reach at least 1.13 billion euros.

LAGARDERE LAGA.PA:

French media group Lagardere reported full-year revenue of 9.4 billion euros, recurring EBIT of 641 million euros, and net profit of 203 million euros, proposing a dividend of 0.67 euros per share.

MARIE BRIZARD WINE AND SPIRITS MBWS.PA:

Spirits producer Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits reported full-year revenue of 172 million euros, down 8.6% from the previous year.
