    VIVENDI  VIV.PA 
    Vivendi proposed on Monday an extension of the exercise
period of the rights to sell Lagardère shares, currently set for
December 15, 2023 to June 15, 2025.
    
    LAGARDÈRE  LAGA.PA  
    The French-based global company on Monday acknowledged
Vivendi's proposal to extend until June 15, 2025 period for
exercising rights to sell Lagardère shares granted in 2022 in
connection with public tender offer.

of 10,000 shares.

    The French industrial group on Monday announced the success

    French outsourcing and call centre group on Monday exercised
its right of squeeze-out following the offer for Majorel, and
requested Euronext to suspend trading of the shares, the last
trading date will be 23 November 2023, which is prior to the
implementation of the squeeze-out.
