    LAGARDERE  LAGA.PA /LVMH  LVMH.PA :
    French media and business conglomerate Lagardere said on
Wednesday it is moving closer to a sale of its Paris Match
magazine to luxury goods giant LVMH, on an enterprise value
price tag of 120 million euros.    
    
    SOITEC  SOIT.PA :
    The French semiconductor materials supplier on Wednesday
published full-year net income group share down at 178 million
euros, and confirmed its 2025 outlook.
