June 10 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    Politics: 
    French President Emmanuel Macron rolled the dice on his
political future on Sunday, calling snap legislative elections
for later this month after he was trounced in the European Union
vote by Marine Le Pen's far-right party.
    
    Thales  TCFP.PA :
    Thales said on Friday it will supply Ukraine with a second
air defence system.
    
    Credit Agricole  CAGR.PA 
    Credit Agricole said on Friday it had sold its remaining 15%
stake in Credit du Maroc  CDM.CS  to Holmarcom. The transaction
is part of the agreement announced in April 2022 to sell Crédit
Agricole's entire stake in Crédit du Maroc to the Holmarcom
Group
    
    Lagardere  LAGA.PA :
    Lagardere announced on Friday a new 5-year revolving credit
facility of 700 million euros.
