    ** Co says the Food and Drug Administration of the
Philippines has approved late-stage trial for its PIKA Rabies
Vaccine 
    ** Trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of the
vaccine will commence later this year 
    ** Stock down ~84% YTD, as of last close
