At  11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.04% at 49,471.87.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.08% at 7,143.29, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.08% at 24,637.65.
