Notice of 2026 AGM and Publication of 2025 Annual Report

 

Lancashire Holdings Limited (the "Company") will hold its 2026 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") on Wednesday 29 April 2026 commencing at 12:30pm (Bermuda
time) at its head office, Power House, 7 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 11,
Bermuda. Shareholders are able to attend in person or via a dedicated
telephone conference line as detailed in the Notice of the AGM (the "AGM
Notice"). Shareholders entered on the register of members at the close of
business on 22 April 2026 (the "Record Date") will be entitled to attend and
vote at the meeting (in line with requirements detailed in the AGM Notice).

 

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to appoint the Chair of the meeting as
their proxy to ensure that their vote is counted. The AGM Notice was posted to
Shareholders on 27 March 2026 and this notice, the annual report and accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Report") and ancillary
documentation are available on the Company's website at the following link:
