Land Securities Group PLC (the "Company") 
 
Results of Annual General Meeting 
 
The Company announces the results of voting at its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") held earlier today at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre,
London.  All resolutions, as set out in the Notice of the AGM dated 10 June
2014, were passed with the required majority by means of a poll. 
 
Resolutions 1 to 17 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and resolutions 18 and
19 were passed as Special Resolutions.
