presently outstanding
(the "Noteholders" and the "Notes", respectively)
NOTICE is hereby given by the Issuer to the Noteholders that in accordance with Condition 8(b) of the terms and conditions of the Notes (the "Conditions"), the Issuer will redeem all of the Notes at their Principal Amount Outstanding, together with any accrued but unpaid interest on the Note Payment Date falling on 31 March 2020.
All terms used in this notice and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the Conditions.
