Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2014 AGM 
 
Land Securities' 2014 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held in the
Mountbatten Room at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary,
Westminster, London SW1P 3EE at 3.30pm on Friday, 18 July 2014. 
 
In connection with the AGM, the following documents have been posted to those
shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications, or have
otherwise been made available to shareholders today: 
 
•              2014 Annual Report and Accounts 
 
•              Notice of the 2014 AGM 
 
•              Form of Proxy for the 2014 AGM 
 
The 2014 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available to
