Confirmation of first interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2023

 

 

Landsec today confirms that the first interim dividend for the financial year
ending 31 March 2023 will be 8.6 pence per Ordinary Share and will be paid on
7 October 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26
August 2022. The dividend will be paid entirely as a Property Income
Distribution.  The last date for DRIP elections is 16 September 2022.
