March 19 (Reuters) - The February 26 alerts on Fidelity D&D
Bancorp Inc  FDBC.O  acquiring Landmark Bancorp Inc  LDKB.PK ,
the parent company of Landmark Community Bank, are being
withdrawn as they were wrongly coded to the Nasdaq-listed
Landmark Bancorp Inc  LARK.O . The two companies are unrelated.
    Fidelity D&D Bancorp bought Pennsylvania-based Landmark
Bancorp Inc for $43.4 million in a deal announced on February
26.
    There will be no substitute.
