Semtech names new CEO, shares slip

** Shares of semiconductor supplier Semtech Corp  SMTC.O 
down 1.8% at $21.85 after markets close
    ** Co appoints Paul Pickle as CEO, replacing Mohan
Maheswaran, who announced his retirement in March 
    ** Says, Pickle will join SMTC between June 9 and June 30,
pending the transition from his current role as CEO of a
networking product maker Lantronix Inc  LTRX.O  since April 2019
    ** LTRX's stock falls 3.8% to $5.05 
    ** SMTC down 22.5% YTD, while LTRX up 21.5%
